GSA Schedule Contract 

NBF's GSA contract (GS-27F-0024V) covers thousands of products, ranging from desks and office suites to insulated files and safes. All contract items receive NBF's GSA volume discount. In stock items deliver within 2 weeks - some items even ship the same day.  

AEPA 

AEPA is a national cooperative of purchasing professionals representing lead agencies in their respective states. Currently, AEPA consists of 29 member states who craft contracts and bids competitively that are tailored to meet each state’s specific legal requirements.  

Awarded contracts are available statewide and facilitated by one cooperative member agency acting as the contract administrator. They will help you with any questions regarding the contract and provide any support documentation you need in order to purchase off the contract. 

Contracts are also available in non-member states through piggyback contract options. 

BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing 

BuyBoard is a National Purchasing Cooperative that provides a streamlined purchasing process compliant with the procurement laws of each participating state.  This purchasing cooperative is available to municipalities, schools and other public entities across the nation. Membership is free.  

California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) 

National Business Furniture is proud to participate in the California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contracts. We offer a wide range of CMAS Approved office furniture. All items that are marked with a blue GSA icon also fulfill CMAS contract requirements.

Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) 

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is a National Cooperative Purchasing Program for use by member schools, colleges, universities, cities, counties, and other government entities in all 50 states as authorized by each entity’s jurisdictional legal requirements. Region 8 Education Service Center, located in Pittsburg, Texas is the lead government agency for the cooperative.
