Any information provided is being provided by National Business Furniture (“the Sponsor”) and not Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest.
1. These are the official rules of National Business Furniture’s Minority Owned Small Business Giveaway (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, you agree to all of the following rules.
2. Submission period: The Promotion entries will begin accepting submissions November 1, 2022 at 12:00:00 AM United States Central Time and conclude accepting submissions November 06, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM United States Central Time.
3. Voting period: Finalists will be selected by National Business Furniture on November 11, 2022. Voting will be opened to the public on November 07, 2022 and will close on November 10, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM United States Central Time. Winner will be announced on November 11, 2022 via social media channels.
4. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all self-identified minority persons in the contiguous United States. Employees of the Sponsor or any affiliated companies within the TAKKT America organization, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
5. How it works: During the submission period, participants must submit an entry at www.nationalbusinessfurniture.com/bold365giveaway which includes full name, company name, email, phone, “your story”, a photo of current workspace. Participants may submit as many photos and/or videos as they wish for this contest. All submissions become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All submissions must be received by November 06, 2022 11:59:59 PM Central Time.
6. Selection Criteria: At the end of the submission period, three finalists will be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor based on the need for new office furniture. The Sponsor will announce the finalists via email and social media outlets. The three winners will be determined by a public survey. At the end of the voting period, submitted votes will be tallied to determine one first place, one second place and one third place winner. The submission with the highest number of votes will receive the first prize. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected randomly from the qualifying finalists.
7. The Prizes: One (1) first place grand prize winner will receive $2,500 in store credit good toward any National Business Furniture purchase. One (1) second prize winner will receive $1,500 in store credit good toward any National Business Furniture purchase. One (1) third prize winner will receive $1,000 in store credit good toward any National Business Furniture purchase. All three winners will receive complimentary office space planning services from National Business Furniture.
8. Winner notification: Finalists will be notified on December 08, 2021 using the email address supplied during the submission process. Winners will be notified on or after November 11, 2022 using the email address supplied during the submission process.
9. Submission Content Guidelines: Submissions may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that
- Is sexually explicit or suggestive;
- Is unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, profession or age group;
- Is profane;
- Promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
- Promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- Is obscene or offensive;
- Endorses any form of hate or hate group
- Appears to duplicate any other submitted submission
- Communicates messages inconsistent with positive images and/or good will to which the Sponsor wishes to associate;
- And/or violates any law.
All submissions that do not comply with these Official Rules or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content deemed unacceptable by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be published. The Sponsor makes the final determination as to which submissions are eligible to take part in this promotion. The sponsor reserves the right to modify the criteria, dates, & guidelines of the contest at any time. All submissions become the physical property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting your submission, you grant the Sponsor full and unlimited usage right to your submission, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium and unlimited right to display, reproduce, record, exhibit, distribute, copy, edit, change, modify, add to, subtract from, and re-title. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned due to causes that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or terminate the promotion. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the selection process or the operation of the promotion; (b) violating the Official Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any property or service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
