    "I purchased a chair online from National Business Furniture. Not long after I received the chair, I received a call from Clay asking if I was enjoying the chair. I mentioned that there were some issues with the arms, but at the time didn't feel it was a big deal. As I used the chair more, I realized that it was an issue. I emailed Clay and right away he made an appointment to come in and check the chair out. He measured the arms and found that, indeed, one arm rested higher than the other. He ordered new arms and had them delivered to my home. Once they arrived I notified Clay and once again, he promptly found a time that worked to come in and replace the arms for me.
