Linda Phillips, the construction buyer for the hospital, worked with Michelle for many years, so she chose her for the installations because they had developed a good working relationship.
When asked what it was like working with NBF and Michelle on the project, Linda said, “When Michelle tells me something will happen, I have total trust and confidence that it will. I don’t worry or check up on her. I know she won’t promise anything she can’t deliver. If something does go wrong, she does whatever she can to fix it. She is good-natured and fun to work with.”
