COVID-19 No Contact Deliveries

Your safety and that of your staff is of the utmost importance to us and our partner carriers. As you try to navigate keeping yourself and your loved ones safe, you may be wondering how you should be accepting shipments from us. All of our partner carriers have implemented options for you to receive shipments without having to sign for them. Some carriers are also doing implementing no paper signature deliveries as their preferred method. For large shipments, we have instructed all our carriers to call before delivery to ensure that someone is there to receive the items however during that call you can also request the carrier leave the items without signing for them. You may be asked to fill out a form in advance the carrier can keep on file. Of course, if you notice anything wrong with the items you receive at the time of delivery, you still have the right to refuse the shipment and call us for assistance. We encourage all our customers to take pictures of their delivered products.

If you have any concerns about how your shipment will arrive, we encourage you to contact our Customer Success group at 800-558-1010 to discuss any specific requirements you might have for your delivery. Please stay safe and be well.

COVID-19 Impact to Orders

Because of constant changes we're seeing with our logistics partners across the country brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is likely that orders will be delayed. Delivery times given are accurate, but in some instances items are taking a little longer than advertised due to circumstances beyond our control. Please bear with us.

Our customer service team is proactively contacting customers like you that have open orders and/or scheduled installation services to ensure that those orders and services can still be fulfilled. We will work with you to help navigate this fast-changing logistical landscape.

We must also at this time decline any return on product already delivered to you.

If you have questions regarding your order or any other service from NBF, please call our customer service team at 800-558-1010 (select option 2), and we will assist you as fast as we can.

Because of the volume of calls we are experiencing, you may experience longer call-wait times or email-response times.

Thank you for your understanding.
