This competitive RFQ, awarded through GSA, was a groundbreaking deal valued at up to $20 million, initially for one year with four option years. Every option year was executed successfully, and the BPA was renewed after the options expired. The agreement encompassed not only furniture but a comprehensive range of related services, including electrical, data, HVAC, fire suppression, flooring, lighting, and subcontracted work.
