PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on June 9, 2025 and runs monthly until terminated by Sponsor (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be conducted in monthly rounds, each round beginning at 12:00 a.m. CDT (or Central Standard Time (“CST”), as applicable) on the first day of each month and ending at 11:59 p.m. CDT (or CST, as applicable) on the last day of each month (each a “Monthly Round”). However, the first Monthly Round will begin on the first day of the Promotion Period and will end on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CDT.
The Promotion computer, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by National Business Furniture, LLC, 770 S 70th West Allis, WI 53214 (“Sponsor”).
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Promotion, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning the prizes (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open only to individuals who receive an email from Sponsor requesting feedback on Sponsor’s products. At the time of entry, individuals must also be 18 years or older and legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, parents and children and their spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Sponsor, Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Promotion or otherwise associated with the Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter online by visiting the Promotion website listed in the Promotion email sent by Sponsor (the “Website”) and completing the entry form. Entrants must also submit a qualified review (“Entry”). Qualified reviews are reviews that satisfy the content review approval process by Sponsor. In order to satisfy the content review and approval process, the reviews must contain substantive feedback of Sponsor’s products. The reviews can present a positive, negative, or neutral opinion of the Sponsor’s products being reviewed. Limit one (1) review per person per Monthly Period.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No entries will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, mutilated, late or misdirected entries.
Entries (i) must be the original and sole creation of the submitting entrant, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to, the copyright in any entry, must be owned solely by the submitting entrant; (ii) may not have been submitted in any other competition and may not have been published; (iii) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademark, or rights of privacy or publicity, or contain material that is or may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light; (iv) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; (v) may not contain any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; and (vi) may not contain inappropriate content, for example but not limited to, profanity, defamatory statements, words or symbols widely considered offensive to individuals of any certain race, ethnicity, religious, sexual orientation or socioeconomic groups, threats to any person, place, business, or group. Each entrant warrants and represents that his/her entry complies with all of those conditions. Any non-complying entry will subject the entrant to disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty free license in any and all media, now know or hereafter created, to copy, prepare derivative works, and distribute the entrant’s entry materials. Entrants hereby waive in favor of Sponsor, all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that winner may now or later have to his/her entry. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify the entrant’s entry, in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are incomplete or inaccurate whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an entry, you agree that your submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation. Sponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your entry, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any entry you submit.
PRIZES AND THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize per Monthly Period. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a $100 off an order with merchandise costs totaling $100 (one hundred dollars) or more in one single transaction. Grand Prize cannot be redeemed on orders totaling less than $100 (one hundred dollars). Can only be redeemed at www.nationalbusinessfurniture.com [nationalbusinessfurniture.com]. Prize is subject to the listed terms and conditions, including any listed expiration date for redemption. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with other prizes of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
TIMING OF DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS. Random drawings (each a “Drawing”) will be held on or about the third day of the month following the close of the Monthly Round (each a “Draw Date”) at a location designated by Sponsor to select the potential prize winners from among all eligible entries received by during the prior Monthly Round period.
Non-winning eligible entries will not be included in subsequent Drawings (if any). Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor by email within three (3) days after the Draw Date drawing and will be asked to provide his/her contact information for the prize delivery.
If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the Draw Date then he/she will be disqualified and no alternate winner will be selected. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL AND ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACTUAL PROVISION, QUALITY OR NATURE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ACCEPTED BY THE WINNER.
ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By participating, each entrant (a) agrees to release the Promotion Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by their participation in this Promotion, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize except where prohibited by law; (b) consents to the use by Sponsor and each of their respective designees of the winner’s name, hometown, photograph, voice, or other likenesses and prize information for promotion, advertising and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law, and upon request will provide written confirmation of such consent; and (c) acknowledges that none of the Promotion Entities or anyone else has either made, or is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Neither any of the Promotion Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND THE APPLICABLE ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
No failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Promotion (or any portion thereof) is not capable of being executed as planned, or in the case of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures or any other causes that in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion (or any portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion (or any portion thereof). Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except where prohibited, by participating Contest entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
PRIVACY. Information collected from online entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.nationalbusinessfurniture.com/customer-services/privacy-and-security.
WINNERS’ LIST. For a list of winners’ names, available after the close of the Promotion Period, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to National Business Furniture, LLC, Attention: NBF Review Promotion Winner List, 770 S 70th West Allis, WI 53214. Requests must be received no later than sixty days after the close of the respective Monthly Period.
