High-twist fiber is heat set to improve rug performance, making it abrasion resistant and minimizing crushing.
SoftFlex backing eliminates wrinkles and allows the carpet to lie flat without curling. Also includes Impervion additive to protect against bacteria, microbes, and odor. Dyes are injected at 400 dpi to ensure maximum clarity and resistance against fading and discoloration. Joy Carpets are Green Label Plus certified; they exceed IAQ criteria and standards established by California High Performance Schools. The fiber is made of type 6,6 Nylon, which is caprolactam free and exceeds California Reference Exposure Levels.
