An innovative classroom desk design, the Intellect Wave cantilever desk allows for more leg space and easier student accessibility. The adjustable height allows instructors to use this desk across multiple grade levels, which increases the value and inter-classroom versatility of this desk. The cantilever base is particularly nice as students are able to slip into their seats without having to navigate awkwardly around traditional desk legs.
The Intellect Wave adjustable height cantilever desk is constructed with 17 gauge elliptical steel tubing welded to an 11 gauge steel plate. The top part of the frame is powder-coated for durability, and the lower legs have a chrome finish. The height can be adjusted in 1" increments from 22" to 34"H. The top is built tough with solid, molded thermoset plastic and comes equipped with a pencil groove. Students will find it hard to vandalize the top as it is one piece, and the interior comfort curve will help them get closer to their work without any edges poking into them.
