As schools and other facilities begin to explore the exciting capabilities of 3D Printing, the need to properly store the required tools and materials increases. This 3D Printer Cart allows printing equipment to be shared around your building easily and keeps everything that you need close at hand. The 3D Printing Cart is also ideal for school libraries where diverse creative activities are undertaken and space is limited. This cart fits common 3D printers such as Makerbot Replicators and Airwolf XL.
This 3D printer cart can accommodate 3D printers with a footprint up to 26.5"W x 24"D. It comes with two open tubs (each 12.5625"W x 15.625"D x 6"H, one extra large tub (25"W x 13.5"D x 6"H), and one Tech Tub (12"W x 14"D x 16"H) that can be padlocked if needed for security (padlock not included). A six outlet power strip offers easy access to electricity so you aren't scrambling to stretch cables to a wall outlet. The four 4" casters help it roll from room to room with ease, and two of them lock in place when movement is not desired. An adjustable spool holder can hold a maximum of four spools for your filament, and a sliding laptop shelf allows you to set down laptops up to 17" as you reference or work on your project. This cart comes with magnets so that users can attach tools and more. The spool holder can hold up to 25 lbs.
