In mid March I meet with Jesse Treadwell for the first time to discuss an upcoming medical clinic expansion. I was immediately impressed with his extreme professionalism and his knowledge in presenting us the type of product selections that would fit well within our challenging budget and accommodate our existing furniture. What stood out to me was that he listened to my concerns and needs and was able to quickly show me samples and make suggestions, while never loosing sight of what was most important to me and the project. In addition to the challenges of matching existing furniture, we faced a grueling time pressure that allowed for absolutely no error. He adjusted his schedule several times at short notice to bring additional samples, meet me in the clinic to review existing furniture and space restrictions, and he often thought ahead and provided resolution to problems that arose that I had not anticipated. Mr. Treadwell was quick to offer solutions to the problems of creating a timely new account with NBF, order placing, and delivery, assuring me that he would be inspecting all furniture for product accuracy and quality before making one consolidated delivery on the day of my choice. He was confident but did not promise a delivery prior to our 6 week opening day.
Each time I thought I should call for a status update, he would beat me to the call, keeping me posted on what was happening the entire time. His customer service skills are the best I have seen. I deal with vendors and sales representatives every day and more often then not when the sale is made often the service ends. Thanks to his diligence, we received all the furniture before our scheduled opening, and the quality of the products is wonderful. We are extremely pleased.
