I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service our city has recently received from Angeline Ner regarding the repair of some of our office chairs. Angeline was able to obtain replacement parts from the manufacturer and arranged for a technician to install them. I very much appreciated that she took the time to follow up, making sure that the replacement parts had arrived on schedule and that the chair technician had installed these.
