Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Provide leadership to the Circulation for all OEG mailings and to the online advertising related to Paid Search, Display, and Remarketing. Also leads OEG eCommerce querying, reporting and analytics and all miscellaneous querying, reporting, and analytics.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in the area of Accounting, Business, Marketing , Mathematics, or Statistics or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Summary: The eCommerce Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the overall eCommerce strategy across all OEG brands. This position ensures that: each brand’s website is meeting defined goals for traffic, conversion and advertising; eCommerce budget is managed for optimal results; websites are optimized for organic search; and that all internet marketing initiatives are continuously improved through constant measurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee the overall eCommerce strategy based on each brand’s unique position and market conditions.
• Review all metrics, analytics and key points of interest and make appropriate recommendations for improvements.
• Work with VP – Multichannel Marketing and VP – Advertising & Analytics to develop and manage annual eCommerce budgets for all OEG companies.
• Manage Internet Marketing Specialist and ensure all internet marketing campaigns (including affiliate marketing campaigns, comparison shopping engines, remarketing and display advertisements) are optimized and growing.
• Work with brand General Managers to identify opportunities for improvement, provide eCommerce insights and generally move the brands forward.
• Coordinate quality-control testing on all website changes.
• Responsible for search engine optimization (SEO) and offering insights to help PPC campaigns.
• Develop strategies and tactics to enhance website conversion improvement.
• Project management of any new products or enhancements to online environment (i.e. payment methods, loyalty programs, cross sell/up-sell opportunities, affiliate programs, search engine marketing and optimization).
• Measure website customer-satisfaction through usability studies, focus groups, etc. and make recommendations for modifications to websites based on results.
• Work with Manager – Marketing Creative & Communications to develop, improve and implement website design and functionality.
• Develop strategies and tactics for each website’s participation in online marketplaces and resellers.
• Participate in strategic planning to enhance eCommerce strategies.
• Ensure that high levels of analytics and site improvements are being carried out across all brands.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, marketing, computer science, interactive marketing, communications or related field.
• Four to six years of combined Internet experience in eCommerce, SEO, merchandising, operations, project management and/or marketing.
• Two or more years of eCommerce managerial experience (preferably in a business-to-business e-tailing environment).
• Must have proven ability in bridging technical and marketing fields.
• Must be an excellent team player.
• Excellent time-management and project management skills.
• Knowledge of eCommerce benchmarking and best practices standards, web page design and layout, interactive functionality and usability testing and standards.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
• Must possess the drive to continuously seek improvements, turn data into actionable steps and stay on top of emerging trends.
• PC/Software skills needed: Google Analytics, Omniture, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, online user interfaces and other web analytics tools.

Summary: This position involves outside sales of office furniture to business clients. Person will work from their home. Pay is based on commission and monthly draw against commission after initial training period on salary.
